We stand behind the quality of our resources and want every learner to have a positive experience. Because our products are primarily digital and educational in nature, please review the following policy carefully.
Digital Products and Downloads
All digital materials — including but not limited to eBooks, guides, PDFs, templates, and the DST Edge Agent Playbook — are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
This policy exists because digital materials cannot be returned once delivered.
However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@dstedge.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll ensure you receive full access to the materials.
Courses, Webinars, and Educational Programs
For online courses, workshops, or live training sessions hosted by DST Edge:

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

Once more than 25% of the course is accessed or if the event has already taken place, no refund will be issued.

If a session or event is canceled by DST Edge, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Memberships or Subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription (for example, access to ongoing educational content or premium resources):

You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations take effect immediately, and you will retain access through the end of the paid period.

Refunds are not issued for partial or unused subscription periods.
Errors and Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged in error or made a duplicate payment, please contact: support@dstedge.com within 10 business days. We’ll investigate and issue a correction or refund if applicable.
